Robert H. Furman, MD
Dr. Furman attended Medical school at the University of Rochester, NY, graduating in 1994. He completed his ENT training at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999. Dr. Furman is board certified in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery since 1999 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngologist since 2000.
Dr. Furman joined Dr. Maureen Mulcahy in 2002 and their joint practice became Lake Grove ENT. Dr. Furman enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, boating, biking, and fishing.
Erika E. Schettler Huberty, MD
Dr. Schettler Huberty joined Lake Grove ENT, PC in January of 2007. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and her medical degree (MD) at the University of Texas Southwestern in 2000. She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 2005.
Dr. Schettler spent an additional year in fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat Institute of South Texas and Laryngology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Schettler is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery since 2006 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She currently practices general ENT with an emphasis on pediatrics.
Dr. Schettler enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include cooking, running, biking, fly fishing, and skiing.
Michelle B. Vessely, MD
Dr. Vessely is board certified in Otolaryngology, and is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1993.
Dr. Vessely has practiced in the Portland area since 1994. She joined Lake Grove ENT in 2010 where she enjoys seeing general otolaryngology patients with an emphasis in nasal and sinus disease. She continues her cosmetic laser practice in Tualatin.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, and loves international travel. She has a strong interest in Global Health and is pursuing a Masters in Public Health through Johns Hopkins University and participates in cleft lip and palate surgical mission trips regularly, most recently in Kenya.
Caroline Y. Yang, MD
Dr. Yang attended Medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating in 1995. She completed her ENT training at the Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Yang is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngologist.
Dr. Yang joined Lake Grove ENT in 2008.
Dr. Yang and her husband enjoy spending outdoor activities with their two daughters and their dogs. She also likes running, reading, and traveling.
