Dr. Desai was very pleasant and professional. She provided clear details for the procedure I'm considering and answered all of my questions. I've only had the initial consultation but I'm very impressed with her and the facility overall.

I have always had great trust in De. Furman as my wax removal can be rather daunting! He has a very reassuring manner when difficult! He also took time to check a recent CT scan and an ultrasound of my thyroid followed…much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to any one who needs a ENT doctor!

Dr Desai-Markowski came to the hospital on a weekend to check on my swollen neck condition. I subsequently saw her for follow-ups and a biopsy. Dr Desai was attentive, thorough, and empathetic. She even spent time to talk to my daughter when she found out that my daughter was in the lobby waiting for me. I am really impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion of both Dr Desai an ER doctor during this stressful process. Dr Desai's staff was also friendly and efficient.

Easy check in. Dr Desai listened to me and gave great preventative advice. Had to have a scope in office to check on sinuses and she was very careful with minimal discomfort. I felt listened to and never felt rushed. A+

On 07/14/2025, Danielle did a great job to take care of nose bleeding by cautery. No more problem now and hope that is total cure and no recurrent in the future. She is friendly and professional .

Danielle Brown agreed to see me for an urgent appointment as I was having extreme symptoms that none of my doctors could figure out how to treat. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything she was examining and what it meant. She prescribed the right meds and treatment plan to finally get my clogged sinuses to start draining after over a month of horrible symptoms. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Desai-Markowski is absolutely wonderful. She listens attentively and makes suggestions where needed. I primarily utilize her as an allergy doctor but as someone who's had past ear surgeries and suffers from the occasional sinus infection she is my go-to doctor. She is one of the few doctors I actually look forward going to and I'm very happy with her!

Dr Furman did a great job unclogging my ears and now I can hear much better. He also has preformed sinus nasal polyps removal surgery on me two different times. He has done a great job and I highly recommend his services!

So far, my experience at Lake Grove ENT has been spectacular. Doctor Brown has been very caring & thoughtful during my appointments, I have never felt rushed at all. I also was taken care of by Christine (Might be spelling it wrong) for initial evaluation and she was tremendous as well. Don't hesitate to come here if you need help!

Dr. Yang has treated me for ear issues & has done an excellent job in providing me relief. Has treated me for vertigo, ear cleaning & finding 2 ear tips stuck in my right ear. I recommend her highly for a ENT specialist.

Dr. Furman is knowledgeable, courteous, and pragmatic in his approach. I appreciate having him as my ENT specialist and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a great ENT specialist. Oh, and he's got a great team with him as well.

My experience with Dr. Furman is always great!I feel I pretty much owe my life to him. He went the extra mile and helped me figure out what was going on in my body. He found my cancer (2nd time around) when others weren't listening to me!! He is kind and he listens and is willing to go the extra mile to figure things out.

He was great but forgot to order my medication, so because it had to go to a special compounding pharmacy it took almost 2 weeks before I received the medication

The ENT clinic my doctor referred me to wouldn’t see me for 2 months. Dr Schettler not only worked me into her schedule in two days but my ear infection was delt with and my hearing loss studied. She also helped discover a hidden issue with my carotid artery. Dr Schettler was very easy to speak with , was thorough, and explained my condition to me in terms I could understand. I will be forever grateful for her help.

Dr. Furman is amazing! I cannot recommend him enough. The waiting room is large with plenty of seating, the reception staff is friendly and helpful, and the assistant was knowledgable and kind. Dr. Furman is personable, easy to talk to and solution oriented. I never thought I would hear an urgent care doctor ask me if I had an ENT doctor when I was in my 50s. I'm so glad I found Dr. Furman. If you need an ENT, he is the BEST!

She was kind, attentive, and took excellent care of my 7 year old son.

I broke my nose 2+ years ago and it did not heal properly. Dr Erika Schettler Huberty gave options that were very successful and exceeded expectations. I noticed free flowing breathing again and fluids were not building up in my ears. Almost 4 weeks post surgery and familiar flavors are coming back. I'm looking forward to a getting back on my bike and not feeling vertigo and pressure in the ears.

I’ve been going to this practice for several years now, and this was my first appointment with Dr. Furman! I was concerned about a constant “whooshing” sound in my right ear being Tinnitus, but I haven’t heard it since my treatment with Dr. Furman! Very professional practice on every level.

Great care. Dr. Yang listened to me and set a course of action to resolve my question.

Today I began allergy shot treatments. Every step was clearly explained and we were shown how to correctly use the Epi-Pen. It was a very positive experience.

Dr. Yang was great in dealing thoroughly with my sinus infection. She scoped my sinuses, took a culture, and start me on an anti-biotic and prednisone. My only concern, which has nothing to do with Dr. Yang, is that it takes a while to get into a doctor around here. Too few doctors and support staff I guess.

Dr. Yang is very patient, a great listener, takes the time to help resolve issues and is a very pleasant person. The staff is also exceptional. In these times when even getting to see a medical practitioner is almost impossible, it has given me hope that the medical field can return to life as we once knew it.

Enjoyed Dr Furman and his diagnoses as usual. But was concerned about the follow through from his staff as he requested me to call. I made contact 4 times. Monday, Tuesday and twice today before I received an answer on my culture test on my ear!

Marion had a spot on his nose that was worrisome. Thanks to Dr. Shettler he had a biopsy of the tissue and it came back as cancer. Now we have an appt. to surgically remove that tissue. Good job Dr. Shettler!

it was a visit after ear surgery

Dr. Furman did some cauterization to stop my nosebleeds. I haven't had one since. He took the time to make sure he got all the likely spots, including one that was apparently hidden. The anesthesia was effective and the treatment was not painful … maybe a bit uncomfortable at times, but he WAS cauterizing my nose. Best experience possible in my opinion. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I saw Dr Furman for a chronic acid reflux condition while on an extended visit with my daughter. He has a wonderful patient rapport that put me at ease right away. I found him knowledgable, professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions. The advice he gave me on how to handle my acid reflux was extremely useful and refreshingly based on how people actually live. Not only has his approach been much easier to incorporate into my daily life than the approach of my previous doctor, but it is working to dramatically reduce my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr Furman.

97 YO MOM NEEDED HER EARWAX CLEANED OUT. ALSO HAD HER NASAL/THROAT CHECKED AND DR. FOUND INDICATIONS OF INFECTION. NOTIFIED HER PCP AND SHE TOOK ANTIBIOTICS WHICH HELPED.
