Front office staff was friendly & helpful. Did not have to wait long. Dr. Furman is a good listener and performed a thorough exam. He spent more time with me than I had anticipated, providing me with information and options regarding my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Furman!

The ENT clinic my doctor referred me to wouldn’t see me for 2 months. Dr Schettler not only worked me into her schedule in two days but my ear infection was delt with and my hearing loss studied. She also helped discover a hidden issue with my carotid artery. Dr Schettler was very easy to speak with , was thorough, and explained my condition to me in terms I could understand. I will be forever grateful for her help.

Dr. Furman is amazing! I cannot recommend him enough. The waiting room is large with plenty of seating, the reception staff is friendly and helpful, and the assistant was knowledgable and kind. Dr. Furman is personable, easy to talk to and solution oriented. I never thought I would hear an urgent care doctor ask me if I had an ENT doctor when I was in my 50s. I'm so glad I found Dr. Furman. If you need an ENT, he is the BEST!

I broke my nose 2+ years ago and it did not heal properly. Dr Erika Schettler Huberty gave options that were very successful and exceeded expectations. I noticed free flowing breathing again and fluids were not building up in my ears. Almost 4 weeks post surgery and familiar flavors are coming back. I'm looking forward to a getting back on my bike and not feeling vertigo and pressure in the ears.

Very attentive and thorough. Staff is friendly and got me in on time and out. Even though there is a large volume of patients, Dr Furman is very thorough and kept insisting all of my medical needs were met. Very pleased with this level of care. Thank you!

I appreciated Dr. Furman's bedside manor, and humor... and being clear that surgery is not the only solution... besides the exam, it was a conversation, and it was quite a relief.

I wanted to take the time to Thank Dr.Yang for all the help she has given me in the past few months. My surgery went great and I am breathing normally again for the first time in years. Kudos to the entire staff at Lake Oswego ENT! My visits have been wonderful and they all made feel welcome! Thank You Doctor Yang and staff you are all great!!!
